Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use SNSPANG. What we deliver and how, what counts as a valid order link, when an order can be cancelled or refunded, and the limits of what we can promise. Read this before your first order.
1. What we provide
SNSPANG delivers social media engagement — followers, views, likes, members and similar metrics — to a public URL that you supply. We do not access, log into or modify your account, and we never ask for your password.
2. Your responsibilities
You must have the right to promote the URL you submit. You may not use the service for content that is illegal in your country or ours, and you accept that the platform you are promoting on has its own terms which are between you and that platform.
3. Payment
Services are paid from a prepaid balance. Balance is held in Korean won. When you top up with USDT, the amount credited is based on the transfer we actually receive, converted at the rate at the time we confirm it.
4. Delivery
Orders normally start within 10 minutes and are spread out over a period appropriate to the size of the order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
5. What we do not promise
We do not promise a specific search ranking, revenue outcome or that any platform will treat your account in a particular way. Platforms change their systems without notice and no provider can control that. We are responsible for delivering the work you ordered and reporting the result honestly.
6. Suspension
We may refuse or cancel an order that we believe is fraudulent, involves a URL you do not control, or targets content that is illegal. Refused orders are refunded to your balance.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
